The Sparkle: Tour

“Celebrity Reviews from Hollywood!” “Rated R Scenes” and “Nude Celebrities” are featured in four formats: Flash, WMP, Quick Time, and iPod. On the intro page, Jessica Biel and Tyra Banks are the only names I know, but browsing the site I see lots of big names, like Demi Moore, Halle Berry, and Uma Thurman. I love that you can browse the entire site before deciding whether to join. On the official tour, we learn that CelebKings has been banned in 23 countries for showing “before they were Famous Nude Scenes!” Here, you can also view two free clips. They promise daily updates, ultra fast downloads for broadband users, unlimited access, and DVD, with 640 x 480+ resolution.

The Decor: Layout

Once inside the door, there’s a personalized welcome message, Account Status, a Favorites area for your bookmarks, and a small News section. There are several ways to search the site: By First Name allows you to search for celebrities by name, and Main Menu features choices such as Celebrities A-Z, Movies A-Z, and several other choices that are duplicated elsewhere on the page. Scrolling down, there are buttons for Busty, Blonde, and Brunette, as well as a Today’s Birthdays section and a Newest Updates section. Oddly, the Top 10 section only seems to contain 5 choices.

The Gold: Content

On CelebKings there are 7,121 video clips and 2,193 celebrities in 1,545 movies, as of this writing. They update twice a day, so I’m sure there are plenty more as you read this. If using Flash you can choose between Low Bandwidth and High Bandwidth (I’d recommend High). Playing a clip in Flash, it opened a new window of CelebKings and played almost immediately. Using WMP and saving the file, it took far less than a minute to download a 36.7 MB, 2:10 video clip with a cable modem. Quick Time downloaded just as quickly. However, according to WMP, I got one that was 592 x 320 resolution, a bit less than the 640 x 480+ that was promised. However, the play on all the videos I watched was nice and clear.

While not all the video clips featured full frontal nudity, and some were just celebrities in bikinis, it was very entertaining checking out some of my favorite celebs. The old Jayne Mansfield footage was great, and of course Angelina Jolie in the unrated version of Gia is a classic. A lot of the celebs are actually porn stars, but hey, they’re still stars, right? The material here will keep you busy for a long time.

The Bling: Extras

There is a CelebKings Blog featuring clickable thumbnail pics, which is also updated twice daily.

There are also 24,535 Wallpapers available for download. These are super high resolution 1024 x 768 resolution pics, and absolutely gorgeous.
