The segments are each 2 minutes long, and both segments and full length videos are offered in 56k, 350k, and 750k. Set up for downloading but not streaming, on the size of your choice gets you going. Using a cable modem, I downloaded a 17+ minute 750k format video in 43 minutes. Playing at 640 x 480, this movie was hot and quick, getting right to the good stuff!
